Hilton Garden Inn Fort Myers

Everything was very clean, the food was good at the onsite restaurant dinner and breakfast and both were reasonably priced. The evening staff when we arrived were amazing the morning staff was good not as nice as the ones the night before. The lady at the desk Chevone went above and beyond she was exceptional!

The location was perfect since we had numerous friends that we visited in the area. The pool was very nice as was the lobby area. Our room was a good size and well appointed. There were a couple mostly cosmetic issues which is why I didn’t rate the satisfaction higher.

Breakfast was very tasty. A good variety of food choices. Location was convenient, since my daughter lives close by to pick us up for daytime activities. Staff very friendly and room was very clean.

The staff was outstanding. Very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The dinners were pleasant surprise, 5-forks. It was obvious the chef, Jasctain(sp?) took pride in his craft, and Master Mixologist, Brittany, made hanging out in the lounge a lot of fun. The pool area was very nice, and the room was clean and comfortable.
